Mid-Week Garden Package

Our mid-week garden package includes access to the garden, grand porches, and lawns. The perfect package for couples who are looking to elope.

Single-day Barn & Garden Package

$4,500

Capacity: 150 people

Use of the Estate beginning at 7:30 AM the day of your event until 10:30 PM the day of your event. This package includes access to on-site bridal party suites, as well as the gardens, grand porches, and grounds. With multiple ceremony spaces the possibilities are endless!

Barn & Garden Package

$5,500

Capacity: 150 people

Access to the Estate beginning at 1:00 PM the day prior to your event until 8:30 PM. This allows you to decorate and set up before your event. It also allows time for you to host a rehearsal dinner, or welcome party. Access to the venue the day of your event beginning at 7:30AM and ending at 10:30PM. Access to the Estate the morning following your event beginning at 9:00 AM and ending at 11:00 AM for site cleanup.

Estate Package

$8,000

Capacity: 150 people

The Estate package offers access to the barn, gardens, grounds, and on-site accommodations for up to 8 guests in the Estate’s main house. Check-in begins at 1:00 PM the day prior to your event, and checkout is at 11:00 AM the morning after your event. Additional days can be added to this package for an additional cost. Set up, host a rehearsal dinner, and relax in the Victorian-era vintage home. The picture-perfect backdrop for any event.
