    • Located inside the Barn, use of the bar area is included with the Barn and Garden (single & Multi-Day) Packages as well as The Estate Package. The area consists of ~20 feet of service counters as well as a bartender work station (bar mats, ice well, sink) and drink fridges

    • Mobile-Bars are welcome and we have a variety of locations where they can set-up.

    • “BYOB” / self-serve bars are not permitted. If Alcohol is being consumed on the premises it must be served by a licensed bartender!

    • Attached to the back-side of the barn is a covered and semi-enclosed area designated to be used as a catering prep area. In this area we have ~20 feet of stainless food-prep counters, multiple fridges, a deep sink and dishwasher. We do not provide the use of any ovens or microwaves

    • Self / family catering is not permitted. Any food consumed on the premises must be prepared and served by licensed and insured caterer(s).

    • Guests are responsible for all music related equipment. You are welcome to bring your own speakers, hire a D.J., band or any other service that meets your needs.

    • All Music must end no later than 10:00PM .

    • We welcome all kinds of vendors outside of standard caterers, bartenders and photographers.

    • There are several locations for large event-tents to be set up around the venue.

    • If you have any additional vendors in mind please reach out to the Seven Elms team to discuss the specific details.

    • Any vendors that are on the premises must be licensed and insured.

    • While we highly suggest using a wedding planner and day-of coordinator, we do not require the use of either.

    • Seven Elms staff will be present throughout the entirety of the event and are there to facilitate in the safe and proper use of the venue.

    • It is not our teams responsibility to assist in event coordination, serving of food, managing of guests, etc.

    • Guests are required to obtain $1,000,000 Event Liability insurance for each day of the event, with The Estate at Seven Elms listed as additional insured.

    • All of our packages include access to restrooms.
